HOW TO MAKE TIME FOR WORKOUTS IN EXTREMELY TIGHT SCHEDULE?

Whenever we talk about a healthy lifestyle one of the word that comes to our mind is ‘exercise’. Exercising even for only 20 minutes not only improves your mood but also improves your blood flow and hence your health. It helps deliver oxygen to all the organs and tissues of the body and results in improved lung and heart. When your lung and heart both improve, you automatically get the energy to do the daily chores. Although exercise is important, most people nowadays are so busy in their lives with work that they genuinely don’t have the time to exercise. Here are some tips that you can use in everyday lives if you fail to find time for this crucial activity.

 

1.REJECT YOUR DAILY COMMUTE

 

Instead of just going by car prefer to go by a bicycle or opt for walking if you can. If not even that you can opt for a public transport and walk to the point you can. Walking not only saves money but it also decreases the chance of various harmful diseases like heart attack, cancer and type 2 diabetes.

 

2.EXERCISE BEFORE LUNCH

 

A 15 to 20 minutes warm up before having lunch makes an apetite for lunch and is the best time to do your workout. You could take take a walk or just do a few squads and that could be it.

 

3.CLIMBING THE STAIRCASE

 

Make use of staircase instead of going by a lift. Ascending and descending a staircase could be a great way of working out even if you don’t have the time for one.

 

4.INNOVATIVE IDEAS

 

Come up with your own innovative ideas to exercise. For example if you have a meeting you could help organize that meeting in park or you could have a stand up meeting instead of sitting down and having the meeting.

 

5.EXERCISE WHILE YOU SIT

 

If you have a desk job, you could squeeze your abs in and out a couple of times trying to make your belly button and backbone touch. Also you can set up alarms and take a walk, get your water refilled or maybe just relax for a bit in the washroom.

 

6. EXERCISING IN EARLY MORNING

 

Exercising in the early morning is quite beneficial. Taking a good stretch in the morning is great way to squeeze your abs. Try waking up just half an hour early than you usually do. Take a morning walk in the park and sooth your eyes by seeing the green grass or take a nice and sweaty jog that increases your energy and gives you a starting boost for your day.

 

7.DANCE IT OUT

 

Dance to your favourite song for a while after you come back from work. It helps in reducing stress and helps you in getting a good night sleep after you have lunch. It has proved to be a great form of exercise to loose weight and increase the muscle strength.

 

8.GET ENOUGH SLEEP

 

Skimping on your sleep routine makes you lousy and hence results in low energy levels and fatigue. Sleeping well boosts your mood and gives you the energy to get motivated throughout the day and sometimes even hit the gym.

 

9.STAY MOTIVATED

 

Staying motivated is the key to your fitness goals. You need to be consistent with your fitness goals and eat healthy in order to loose weight or stay fit.

 

 

In short, exercise is a necessity these days. If you don’t exercise then it results in acute and chronic health diseases. Obesity, heart attack, diabetes all these harmful diseases are important to avoid. Hence stay motivated and do not forget to move your body even if it’s for a while.
