A 15 to 20 minutes warm up before having lunch makes an apetite for lunch and is the best time to do your workout. You could take take a walk or just do a few squads and that could be it.
3.CLIMBING THE STAIRCASE
Make use of staircase instead of going by a lift. Ascending and descending a staircase could be a great way of working out even if you don’t have the time for one.
Come up with your own innovative ideas to exercise. For example if you have a meeting you could help organize that meeting in park or you could have a stand up meeting instead of sitting down and having the meeting.
5.EXERCISE WHILE YOU SIT
If you have a desk job, you could squeeze your abs in and out a couple of times trying to make your belly button and backbone touch. Also you can set up alarms and take a walk, get your water refilled or maybe just relax for a bit in the washroom.
6. EXERCISING IN EARLY MORNING
Exercising in the early morning is quite beneficial. Taking a good stretch in the morning is great way to squeeze your abs. Try waking up just half an hour early than you usually do. Take a morning walk in the park and sooth your eyes by seeing the green grass or take a nice and sweaty jog that increases your energy and gives you a starting boost for your day.
7.DANCE IT OUT
Dance to your favourite song for a while after you come back from work. It helps in reducing stress and helps you in getting a good night sleep after you have lunch. It has proved to be a great form of exercise to loose weight and increase the muscle strength.
8.GET ENOUGH SLEEP
Skimping on your sleep routine makes you lousy and hence results in low energy levels and fatigue. Sleeping well boosts your mood and gives you the energy to get motivated throughout the day and sometimes even hit the gym.
