The skin is the largest and most sensitive organ in your body. Protecting your skin from pollution, especially these days when pollution is at its peak level is very tough. The only effort we can put in for the protection of our skin and immune is by improving our diet. The people who eat junk food regularly have acne breakouts and fine lines which results in premature aging of the skin.
Acne breakouts, as doctors suggest are due to the consumption of oily foods like pizza, pasta, and burgers. Regular consumption of such foods results in bad skin.
