UV rays from the sun damage these components and hence give rise to damaged skin. Unhealthy food does not give our skin enough protein to replenish and maintain healthy skin.

Apart from their satisfying taste, carrots are rich in minerals, vitamins, and antioxidants. They too give a very bright glow to our skin and also help in the nourishment of dry skin. They have high potassium content due to which they should be consumed regularly (like in form of juice) to keep our body and skin hydrated.
