THE WHAT

The ILOVENEWME contest is a 12-week fitness programme that aims to get you into a fitness routine. All you need to do as a contestant is to follow a specially-designed, practical fitness routine that will be shared with you once you register with us.

THE PROCESS

  1. From among thousands of registrations, 100 people will be selected for the programme after face-to-face discussions and an online chat (COVID times call for special rules!). The selected individuals will have to follow the simply designed fitness routine for 3 months.
  2. Winners and runners-up will be decided by a panel of experts from a variety of health and wellness backgrounds. The decision will be objective, based on how strictly the regimen was followed and the maximum weight loss a contestant has undergone.
  3. The contest will have two individual winners— one male and one female—and two runners-up, again, one male and one female. We also have a very special third category: FITTEST COUPLE. If you, as a couple, decide to participate, you will have a chance to win a special amount. A couple that works out together, gains together. Or should we say, loses to gain together!

THE REWARD

The winners will receive a whopping Rs 50,000 (each)- and the runner-up will walk away with Rs 20,000(each)- worth of coupons from Amazon and Myntra. The FITTEST COUPLE will get Rs 15,000 worth of coupons. You can buy anything of your choice on the concerned websites with these coupons.

THE HOW

Registration happens in a few easy steps for the programme. Once you have registered and you have been selected, you will be given a free-of-cost kit that will include:

  1. An introductory booklet
  2. A diet booklet
  3. A workout and yoga booklet
  4. Pocket-sized journals with goals clearly mentioned that will help you track your journey to fitness. All you need to do is a tick against the goal.

To keep things exciting and interesting, we will give out surprise rewards during the duration of the challenge. We will announce rewards by way of easily redeemable coupons on a regular basis for those who follow the routine meticulously and send daily updates of their journal.

THE WHY

It’s simple: we want to see a new, fitter, leaner, happier you! The idea behind this contest is to get as many people as possible on the path to fitness and wellness. Experts say it takes 21 days to build a new habit. Once this contest is over, we are quite hopeful and positive that you will continue happily on the path towards fitness.

THE RULES

Transformation matters and it must be shared with the world as inspiration. With this intent, we have set a few easily-doable conditions.

  1. You will be required to take a photograph of yourself before the challenge begins.
  2. You will need to upload a photograph of your journal on a daily basis to a Whatsapp number that has been specially assigned for the contest.
  3. You will need to send us a photograph of yourself, standing, every 15 days.
  4. We will ask you to post about your progress occasionally and tag us on your social media handles during the duration of the 3 months.
